about an hour ago (4:50am ET), my pomeranian 'Nikki' gave birth to her first puppy. It's a male. THe birht is about 11 days early, so we'll see if it lives or if she 'drops' another one. It's been an hour and so far, no more puppies. My wife says dodgs usually continue the birthing process around 30 - 45 minutes apart. We'll see.
